Azure Create Release to Octopus giving Internal Error 500

I am currently trying to use the Azure Pipeline to push the build information to Octopus. I am currently running into an issue where it is giving me

I checked in the Create Release and it is failing cause of this:

I have everything configured and tested with ‘success’ but some reason I can’t get it to work. Any suggestions?

Nevermind I resolved this by disabling under the Azure Devops Issue Tracker and resolved my issue.
