We are not able to list the Azure accounts on Octopus portal.
The octopus server version is 2018.8.12
We have uploaded the public certificate on Azure subscription.
We are able to verify and test the same from Accounts page on Octopus.
But when we try to add deployment target. The subscription is not showing up.
Please assist.

To help get a better understanding of the issue at hand.
Are you connecting Octopus to Azure using Service Principle or are you using Certificate management?
Azure will no longer work using certificate management as an authentication method you will need to use the Service Principle.
Could you confirm that you are using Service Principle:
