Audit Log Seems To Have Stopped Working


When viewing the audit page in configuration the audit log appears to have stopped 20 days ago. I can’t seem to find any configuration to turn on or off Auditing. Is there one? Where would it be?

Or is it a problem that someone has encountered before.

I am using version 2.6.

Thanks for getting in touch. Its possible that the database indexes got corrupted, which could cause behaviors like this one. Try following the steps on the link below and let me know if the audit data shows up after that

I’ve finally got round to rebuilding the indexes. This solved the problem.
