After cloning and removing steps, cannot remove library set(s)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Clone an existing project that has multiple steps using variables from multiple library sets
  2. Delete all steps
  3. Attempt to remove all library sets

App gives the error:

There was a problem with your request.
The package step provided could not be found in the project’s deployment process.

Thanks for getting in touch! I tried replicating this but was unable to on my VM, would you be able to attach screenshots of this error when trying to remove your variable sets from the cloned project?
