Adding Domain Users to Octopus

We have recently deployed Octopus v1.1.8.1430 and we have a number of users that we would like to grant access to Octopus. Ideally they would utilise existing domian accounts to logon, is there anyway to add a domain account to a group before the user logs on. Curremtly the only way I can see to do this is to send out the url, and assign the user to a group once they have logged on.

You are right, that is currently the only way. We’ll try to make this smarter in the next release.
