Adding Deployment Target

Hi ,

I have installed tentacle to one of the target server , and while adding deployment target i am getting this below error . please help .

Hi Siddhartha,

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry to hear you’re hitting this roadblock in getting your Tentacle up and running. I suspect it may come down to the port (10933) not being opened, or you have a firewall in place that’s preventing the connection. Is that possible in your scenario?

We have a doc page on troubleshooting Tentacles that may be of help as well. :slight_smile:

we have all FW rules placed and i have enabled port 10933 still i am facing the issue .
Please suggest .

is there a way we could discuss on call or could we have webex meeting ?
