Adding a Server for deploying Cloud Service

I am new to octopus so it could be lame question. I am trying to deploy my cloud service using octopus.

Currently I don’t have a separate VM, Do I need to install octopus tentacle agent on my cloud subscription?

I am facing difficulties in adding a server.

Hi Rana,

Thanks for getting in touch! Anywhere you want to deploy to from Octopus needs a Tentacle installed. Unless you are doing an FTP deployment or a WebDeploy deployment.
If you can give me much more information about your situation I can guide you to specific documentation or blog posts, but ‘cloud subscription’ is too generic.
Also if you could explain more about your difficulties including error messages or screenshots that will also help.
