I have a Octopus Professional Edition but once I add an 11th Environment, the whole list within each project changes and I cannot deploy to an environment that was there before I added the 11th. I remove the new environment and everything works fine. If there a limit on number of environments?

This is a feature we call the “sparse dashboard” - some customers have
dozens of environments, but a given release might only be deployed to a
handful of them - so we try to collapse the dashboard down by removing
environments that have never had a release deployed to them (of the
releases on that page).
Unfortunately this feature it set to automatically kick in at 10
environments - there’s no way to disable or tweak this feature at the
moment.
If you click on the release you should still be able to choose which
environment to deploy to.
