Is there any clean up routine in the system that would clean up the log files in the following directory
Octopus\OctopusServer\ActivityLogs
Our folder is currently running at 13GB in size

Thanks for getting in touch. Retention Policies are your friend here. I’m assuming you’re running Octopus 2.x because of the path you mentioned being ActivityLogs. Once a Task becomes a candidate for being cleaned up the Activity Logs will also be cleaned up.
The documentation for Octopus 2.x will describe how to set up your retention policies. The documentation for Octopus 3.x is quite detailed and may provide more context, but I’d treat that as a hint rather than the truth.
In both cases there is a really good troubleshooting guide in case you need it.
