Account locked out with .1535

I upgraded our Octopus server to the latest .1535 release and when I went back to the web admin portal, I got a message saying my account had been locked out. I didn’t have any other means of accessing the portal, so I had to reinstall an older version and restore the DB.

I experienced the same when I tried to restore a backup from one machine to another with the .1535 release. The administrator was locked out and there was no way of logging in.
