Ability to get files form a local Nuget Store

Just wanted to request a new feature for Ability to get files form a local Nuget Store

Some of our overseas internal sites have a DFS replica of the nuget store. Would be good for those sites to be able to tell the tentacle to get the files locally instead of downloading it from the octopus server

On-premise servers could download files from a local nuget, the files would be transfered only once over VPN.

Is the transfer via nuget feed as fast as the transfer that exists between octopus server and tentacle?
