The octopus upgrade to from 3.3.x to 2018.4.4 has been failed.
with the following message

All changes have been rolled back to the last known good state. If you know what the problem is and how to fix it, please fix the problem and then run the same command to try the upgrade again. Otherwise you should reinstall the version of Octopus Server you just upgraded from, and then contact our support team for help resolving this problem.
