upgrade lost environments


upgrading to has lost all the environments. Please advise.

many thanks for your response. I did try the reset but to no avail. As we were upgrading from to, it occurred to me that the data migrations may not cater for this jump so I decided to upgrade to 1.2.x then 1.3.x then jump to the latest and this approach, whilst slower, worked.
